Course Description
We are dancing to Roxanne from Moulin Rouge. ENOUGH SAID!
In this workshop we will explore the different and beautiful ways to utilise floor work within your routines! Learn simple but effective transitions, impressive floor tricks, new flexi combinations & how to create beautiful body lines.

Bettie will teach you a piece of choreography, show you all those power house floor movements, as well as how to get up from and down to the floor with ease! You will walk away from this workshop a little sore, but with a head full of fabulous ideas and choreography.

This class is suitable for beginners
What to Wear
Bring: Some sort of knee protection. Knee pads, thick pants, socks stuffed into your leggings, anything to protect those precious joints!
Heels are hot AF but they are not necessary to do this class. Wear whatever makes you feel sexy
Restrictions
Open to anyone over the age of 18 years +, suitable for all levels including Beginners.
