Learn how to spin the hoop around your body with ease and get a great work out at the same time!
Throughout the six weeks you will learn the following
Week 1 & 2: Hooping Technique & body scaling
Week 3 & 4: Throws and catches, Spins and twists
Week 5 & 6: Other tricky tidbits & Putting everything into a routine
As well as learning this impressive skill, you will be on your way to having rock hard hoop abs!
Hoola Hoops will be provided to use at the course, but please bring your own if you would like to learn how to train with them.
Wear tight fitting clothing. Bring a bottle of water.
This course is for men and women of any age over 16yrs.
